I thought a little more wind and rain would stir up the birds on Sunday. Where I hunt, there’s no pressure. In fact, lack of pressure might be part of the problem. Dunno. The bird flight (or lack of) has been unpredictable this year. Whereas in years past, when the birds hit the bay, every day was good to great.

Thanks OG I will remember that.

With my doctor and dentist both clients, I can get at least a prescription called in pretty easily but as I hate pills, it has to be bad to make the call.

    Old School right there!

When I was a young medic I had a old Doc teach me that. I carried it all over the world and used it plenty on guys.

Saturday morning was cold, rainy and overcast. Went to a usually good spot and did not fire a shot. Our group of four got a big skunk. Sunday went to another place about five miles away from the Saturday spot. Weather conditions were slightly better. Still not much was flying. Our group of three got one drake mallard. I went to the plug on a drake spoonie and got nothing. That was it.
