Show me your snake

I'm getting I bit worried , ain't seen any of our fox snakes yet this year . Only snake I've seen was a small fox snake on the road working the other day .
Stopped the van and kind of hurried it to the other side with a piece of pvc pipe.
They scare me and fascinate me at the same time, just don't see snakes like we did years ago , especially the bigger ones .

About 40 years ago our dispatcher received a call from a man that said he had captured a snake in a garbage can and wanted animal control to come get it. We didn't have animal control at the time, so the dispatcher said she would send an officer. The caller told her she better send a couple officers, it was a pretty big snake. When the officers arrived at the callers house, he told them that the neighbors pets had been disappearing lately and he put some bait out. He didn't expect to catch a snake. The officers found about a 15 foot Python in the garbage can.

Welp I think I know where my snakes are going.
These 4 played with one for a half hour last evening, the one in the middle has it .
When they'd quit for a bit mom would take and shake it to get them going again
