I wonder how the water nazi's are going to try and screw them out of it. Snow pack will be 200% of normal and the lakes will be full.
Enough water is being run down the rivers right now to supply every drop of water the state needs for the next 3 years and they have no way to store it.
This is what happens when you don't build any reservoirs for 42 years, double the population and wonder why we are short on water. The gooberments job is to do just that, build infrastructure.
Don Pedro is releasing 10,000 cfs right now. that is 86,000 gallons of water a second, 5,160,000 gallons a minute. 309,600,000 a hour, 7.4 trillion per 24 hours. The last number could be wrong, my calculator doesn't go that high.
