Way less than that Joe. It’s waterfowl season from Sept 1- April. Not that I support the horses a sses, but if you’re going to make an argument, you have to look at the bigger picture.

Also, when was the last time, on any day, anyone saw a whole group of people riding horses through the marshes and Bay?

Yea but they permit you to death now. Need a separate stamp for everything but a turkey n firearm season
How so- isn’t that how it is now anyway? Bow stamp, ML stamp? They are adding one more permit. Trust me, we have it good and cheap here in Md.
For example, it costs my buddy a minimum of 97 dollars for his resident hunting license in Missouri. And that does not give you what our 25 dollar licenses gives you. That’s just 2 deer with a bow, 1 with a gun, 2 fall and 2 spring turkeys, 2 archery turkeys. ducks and geese. For any additional doe tags it’s 7 bucks each. So, to match MD that would be and additional 210 dollars. That’s just to match what you get here. Sure, you get two extra archery turkeys, but frankly that doesn’t equal the extra money for the extra antlerless deer.

Complaining about a small increase in our license money, when it goes to better our natural resources is pretty petty.

There’s a lot of boats on the bay, I’m pretty sure registration and fees are dnr related. I agree with Scotty, never saw a horse while duck hunting (assateague aside)

Wasn’t really complaining just seems funny to tout we haven’t raised license fees in however many years when they just keep adding stamps.

It’s not all about duck hunting. I’ve seen a load of horse riders while deer hunting.

It's weird though...I have never seen a horse duck hunting. I have turkey hunting of course.

But you can turkey and deer hunt on Sundays.

But why oppose Sunday waterfowl hunting when the realms hardly ever coincide?

Because they suck.

You can’t deer or turkey hunt in every county of sundays. Regardless the whole thing is stupid for any reason other then a management one for the resource

Looks like the bill has passed both the house and senate easily. Sunday waterfowl was stripped from the bill. Not sure if both versions are the same or if a conference committee between the chambers is needed.
