    all I can say is :bow:bow:bow:bow:bow

    I used to run a starter, but when I went Keto last year I had to give up all the traditional methods and foods.
    I have suitable recipes now with non-traditional ingredients, but yet to develop a Keto friendly starter.

    My mom had one for years. She either got a starter sitter, usually her sister or her mom, or took it with us when we went camping etc. I will admit the bread she made and biscuits was as good as anything I have ever had. I know it’s mom’s right?!, however it was. For some reason I did not pick up on her baking to my regrets!

    I’ve had one going for a few years that was started with grapes, make a couple loaves of sourdough and some biscuits every other week for the most part
