Just curious if anyone is seeing or killing any birds in the SE Zone. Looking to head out this weekend but not really wanting to waist my time. I've scouted some but have not seen many birds where I've looked. Limited by time. Thanks in advance for any news.

Haven't been seeing a lot, geese seemed to be building in numbers but disappeared when the warm weather and rain hit. Not much for ducks in Orange County.

Any update in the Southeast, seeing geese but haven't had a chance to scout for ducks.

I've shot a few local farm mallards but otherwise not much around. You might be able to find a few random groups of birds but I don't have high hopes for tomorrow and Sunday.

I’m heading out tomorrow but it will be warm, with this rain the water levels are likely high again, cold snap coming Sunday but that’s the last day of the season in my preffered zone. Might try LI Sound in January but prefer puddlers to divers.

Scouted Saturday, didn't see enough birds to make it worth getting up on Sunday. Going to the Finger Lakes Friday & Saturday. Sounds kinda slow up there but temps look like they will be dropping, fingers crossed.

Divers can be fun especially when they come in hot. Would like to hunt the sound more but it's too hard to find access.

Finger Lakes were slow, too warm, too many people.
