I skipped watching it. I usually just like to check in on the score a few times but they seem to have removed that from their site. I'm so sick of the way pro sports have devolved, I really don't care. I tried to check it out and saw they were doing half an hour of stupid theater with LED guys dangling from the ceiling and a couple of goofballs sword-fighting. Shut it off and said to myself, "well at least the two people in costume sword fighting aren't visibly June-pride cross-dressers."

Might have had the bottle flu, causing blurred vision!!

I have an unprovoked hatred of the VGK....the Caps worked them in the finals 5 years ago so I am not sure why.

I will say.....I don't think I'd care to watch a game at "the fortress", or whatever that dump they play in is called. It's a hockey game turned into some kind of weird entertainment venue with show-girls, a band, and a PA announcer that never shuts the fork up, even, at times, during play, with some gimmick the team has come up with. It reminds me of minor league baseball. I just came to watch a damn game.
