I am not a picky eater. I basically will eat any normal food that is fit for human consumption. Last night I found a jar of pickles in the fridge, popped the lid and took big ol bite of one. I just about gagged and threw the rest of the pickle away. Apparently my wife uses "sweet gherkin" juice in potato salad. Why the hell does anybody freely choose to turn a perfectly good miniature cucumber into that disgusting monstrosity?? Especially when that cucumber could be made into a dill, a bread and butter, or a spicy pickle. Does anybody actually eat these things?
