Likely my last opener out of state as I graduate this spring, but I’ll enjoy this season while I can. My dad flew up for the opener (as he has the last two years) and we had a great weekend, with a pretty fun opening day shoot on public waters. It’s been an incredible experience learning how to hunt in a different state, my first season here I shot a total of three birds. Here’s to many more tailgates full of birds everyone!
