I really do think Bryan could imitate these it's smoked beef on top of I think "andouli" sausage.
I don't know it's spicy n just right good.
Probably weak by Cajun or Creole standards but ok.

Milo is pretty stove up. Can't itch himself on certain spots so he comes up and demands scratching. Poor old boy needs some chin scratching. I hope yall are ready for an old arthritis retriever it happens.

Now I want to learn to make that but not this instant.
That's a Krispy krunchy fried chicken side. I always eat it all.

Been sorting and counting birds.
My male to female ratio is so bad.
The outside cage has ~32 birds maybe more.
10 hens 22 males.
Have to kill and eat 16+ then I can buy more chicks pretty cheap.
There's always going to be too many males.
Still need to kill three meat chickens.
Got busy doing more important things.
Cage 1 has 25 chicks.
#2 has 8. 1 male 7 hens (needs another boy)
#3 has 13. 3 males 10 hens.
#4 has 26 chicks.
Working on getting the ratio to 4:1.
Them outside birds are frisky.
