Lets see if the state will appeal it up to the 9th appeals court. The state has 14 days to appeal. Bruen is very big deal.

When is the final judgment due in the other issues before Benitez?
Unfortunately my bet it is appealed and the 9th circuit stays decision pending appeal. No telling what laws they will propose now.

So this is how things could go. The state will appeal the decision to the Ninth and ask for a stay of the preliminary injunction.
The Ninth will hear the appeal and the stay. It is my opinion that the Ninth will leave the preliminary injunction in place and let the appeal move forward because they know the state is going to lose because of the Bruen decision, and they are on notice with SCOTUS.
The state is going to lose all the rest of these BS Unconstitutional laws that are being adjudicated right now.
Look to Newscum to blow a gasket at a press conference in the next couple of days.
