This is huge, but my guess is that in 14 days California will appeal to the 9th. The 9th will then issue a stay against this preliminary injunction and ask for an En Banc review. While waiting for the En Banc, CRPA will appeal on an emergency hearing to SCOTUS. If CRPA even gets a SCOTUS hearing, then the case goes back to the 9th. to be sorted out and reviewed. That whole process will drag out this case out for YEARS...
The Democrats strategy is simple: "Justice Delayed is Justice Denied." They are going to try and drag this out as long as possible in the hopes of some systemic change either in the make up or size of SCOTUS that will lead them to a win.
The Democrats have learned very well how to weaponize the DOJ, the FBI, and the Courts. They also have learned that landmark cases can be overturned.
So in my case... I'm just hanging out, waiting for you guys to figure out this isn't working...
