I think a lot of higher end clubs across the country have gone to 28 gauges for this very reason. Imagine how effective working birds could be without that disturbance? I'm not sure what suppressors would be available for shotguns but it could be a big help if they were something that could work well.I like that idea.
I can't tell you how many times I've had birds working in and a shot pops off a half mile away and the birds jump up 20 yards.

sadly I believe thats true but Id be willing to surmise that the removal clause wont survive the Bruen decision also. Bottom line it will take a while to get this sorted out but it sure does look a lot better not just for the roster but for other unconstitutional items to fall here.Correct me if I'm wrong but there will still be a roster, just much easier to get a gun onto the roster. I was just told that the current roster has a provision that calls for 3 guns to be removed from it for every new one that goes onto it. Is this true and has it been addressed?
It is my opinion that the state will appeal the decision and the injunction to the Ninth. If the Ninth issues a stay on the decision and the injunction without a hearing it will be heard by SCOTUS on a emergency basis just like the NEW York cases and toss the whole law out as they did in the New York cases. The state and Ninth know they are going to lose because of Bruen. The Ninth is on notice with SCOTUS. They already sent it back down.Correct me if I'm wrong but there will still be a roster, just much easier to get a gun onto the roster.
