    That has to be one of those Husky 5Mil contractor bags. Just a couple little twigs will shred any other garbage bag that I try to put lawn debris in. For that one to stay hung up in the top of a tree for 6 months is impressive.

    That's what I was thinking. The Black Bag showed up around the same time my state was starting the quarantine.
