Well, you better be sure. Wray is way out east - tornadoes in the spring/summer (though not a lot, but it is the far western edge of 'tornado alley'), blizzards in the winter, multiple hail storms most summers. You are close to pretty good pheasant hunting in the good years, good pronghorn and potentially mule deer hunting. Duck hunting you'll have to drive a little north or further south, although there are some ducks that hang around the South Republican SWA. You are quite a ways from Denver and 'culture' if that matters (2:45 ish). You are a long way from any fishing to speak of; the closest fishing would be Lake Ogallala in Nebraska.
