Pulled the trigger on a grill, it’ll be here soon.

Next question... which pellets do you prefer?

Have you tried the Knotty Wood pellets? They are made in Woodland and they use Almond wood, no lumber or other wood products some of the other companies do. I picked some up last time I was in Colusa, they are legit.

I start my brisket at 5am, and monitor it at work. With the app, I get notices at predetermined meat temps, so I can adjust smoke and temp remotely. Can turn off remotely as well. Really handy. Highly recommend.

    BBQ by Betty.
You start out by getting beer.
You drive around til you spot pallets.
Out comes the battery stealth chainsaw.
    I get my smoking wood...lol.
I scrounge around for three or four bricks and a barrel.
Yeah I find barrels it's arkansas I could use a washing machine tub but a half barrel is pretty easy to find. Battery Sawzall helps.

    Then the grill...splurged

    Improvise.
Hauling a traeger aint going to work for me.
Room for more beer that way.
    :)

Sure have! They are very flavorful but I cant get them as hot as I can the perfect mix ones. I still like the cookin pellets a little more too but its a darn good use for the downed almond trees.

Ill try the knotty wood ones in the yoder and see if they are any warmer. Could only get to about max 400 F. With the others I can get to 480-500.

LumberJack - All Natural - And Not Flavored ... Like Tregar.

Try them in batches and mix/match from Amazon to your door.
