No your 12ga. Fixed choke was made during a time when tungsten wasn't an option.so taking into consideration the only parameters you give. Old gun.

Unknown hardness.

Barrel is stamped safe for steelshot. It's a late eighties rem 1100 barrel and I have shot a metric ton of steel through it.

Think I'm going to keep shooting the tss through it as well.
