The Fed Fund rate under Obama was below 0.25% for 28 fiscal quarters - 7 years - Oct 1 2009 - Sept 30 - 2016! Add in three bouts of Quantitative Easing during those 7 years.

The Fed Fund rate increased under Trump (along w/ interest rates) up until a word wide pandemic happened causing economies all over the world to come to a stand still.

Quantitative Tightening started to happen w/ Trumps first fiscal quarter. Trump did have stimulus spending. But Biden's stimulus spending makes Trump stimulus spending look like a piker.
