Just noticed that they changed the North zone border this year to I-70 on the east side of the state. I find that interesting. I always assumed that the big dollar places in St. Charles and Lincoln counties wanted to have the later seasons so the line was drawn around them. I liked when it worked out that I got two opening days for wood ducks on the river but for the most part it only bugged me because it seemed like rules were being made for the wealthy. (It's pure jealousy.) Was just wondering if anyone had any information on the reasoning behind the change.
