My understanding isn’t that the Big10 took USC from the PAC12, rather they took them from the transfer portal

The problem is the Big 10 requires AAU certification for membership and OSU and WSU are not members from what I read online.

Somehow I think Phil Knight might be able to get around that. Wherever they land lawmakers in Washington and Oregon are trying to get a provision or legislation that would tie Washington State and Oregon State with them.
