Uses for duck butter?

I collect and save the beautiful golden fat from my rotisseried ducks. Those of you who collect duck butter, what do you use it for?

We use store bought duck fat for damn near everything same for lard

my main two, quartered red potatoes, and any lean venison burger. id guess 75% of hamburger beef i eat is local and at times lean lean, works great in there too. Cooking up some nice mushrooms in it then topping those along with the residual duck fat onto a steak is pretty dang good too.

The term “duck butter” clearly has a different meaning to me than to you

I use it mainly for confit but also roasting potatoes. Once in a while I fry an egg in it.
