Watertown and northern NY

Some from the boat, often its just a matter of finding a good point and setting up a quick stick blind, there not the wariest birds.
we'll be in ND in October, how do the conditions look? I'm sure water levels are low, but I would think that would just concentrate the birds.

Seeing some ducks while early goose hunting. Most of the shallow sloughs are dry as a bone. I think it'll be good on bigger sloughs and lakes, depending on the feed in the area.

With a limit of ONE there should be quite a few left after the season ends too.
