    I know they hunt puffins. I was thinking they hunted and ate cormorant too.

    Pull out your old unused duck decoys and buy a few 97 cent cans of black spray paint at Walmart.

    in my experience, the dumb critters will just swim right through any old decoy spread. No special equipment needed.
