With no wind this weekend is the fog coming back for the Sac valley??

Saturated ground with no wind = FOG and lots of it.

You know you're in the portion of the valley that is known as Shang-ra-la. You're not far from us and I cannot tell you how many times we've been literally right in the middle of a non-weather donut. I'm guessing it's Snow Mountain Wilderness that splits much of the weather.

The projection is not looking too impressive at this point...

I’m gonna say no fog. Fog requires the mixing of warm and cold air and moisture. It’s cold. Not warm enough.
