Legislation just passed will allow birdwatchers, photographers, "anyone", to access public hunting grounds, FOR A SMALL FEE. And, you can bet they will insist on being out there during hunting season.

It's been said that some outdoors enthusiasts don't pay into levies that support their hobbies on the scale that the consumptive do. And lots said about the dangers of hobbies that conflict. I would expect that true birders would know what hunters do: You can't bank birds. Harvesting is good for the the overall health of the species.
'Course, it's a tough sell to the ducks.

Hunter harassment I’m sure as all the libs will wanna see the beautiful creatures in their natural habitats and will do what they can so that hunters don’t harvest as many birds

As bullet said, they have always been allowed to access public hunting ground. Now that they have to pay a small fee, they are going to start harassing hunters? I highly doubt it.

If they do call a C.O. They won’t shy away from issuing a hunter harassment ticket.

You have a very optimistic outlook.

I tend to think that once they have a "vested" interest in the hunting grounds they are going to make demands that some of it now become un-huntable to suit their needs. After all, they are paying their part. And one little spot won't be enough because the shooting will be too loud and once a cripple makes it back to the sanctuary and some PETA yahoo films the "carnage" and posts it to social media, well... But I'm a pessimist.

Hope it works out for yall.
