Well, looks like we're raising a baby dove.

I was trying to wash my truck yesterday and this little fella came fluttering up to me. Came right up to me and hopped in my hand. My neighbor cleared some shrubbery and I guess the nest was destroyed. I put him over in the bushes and he fiollwed me right out. Then my wife saw him and that was it.

My workmate tried raising one that was abandoned. It didn’t fare well. Hopefully yours does. I need it to fly to Alabama and get shot.

I recommend raising it for about 4-6 weeks and then wrapping it in bacon. Just a minute or two on each side and you’re good to go!
