Any of you duck hunters having success on pulling western big game tags?

Just found out I'll be back in MT for big game combo elk and deer.

A few other states still pending. If I'm lucky enough in those states, will probably just turn them back in and focus on MT.

My son and I applied as a group in Montana for the Deer/elk combo did not get drawn. The outfitter has one client in camp the week we were supposed to go.

Was planning a Wyoming pronghorn doe hunt this year. Scrapped the plans for a trip to Oklahoma for hogs (maybe go back for waterfowl???)

Probably a good thing since WY had a bad winter kill this year and have decreased tags for 2021

I'm still building and rebuilding points for the next couple of years I think. Point creep sucks.

Didn't put in for any western tags this year, other than a few of the capped raffles for governor tags. Gotta swing for the fence sometimes.

Applied in Nevada, Utah, Colorado, contemplating Oregon and AZ. Will likely get a archery tag for Nebraska and try an shoot a deer or two with a crossbow.

Will buy points in Wyoming again this year and will apply for California after I figure out what I drew out of state.

We drew MT general deer for this year. Free lancing in Eastern MT, going to focus on whitetail, but probably won't be able to resist a good muley if he crosses my path.
Can't wait to get back out there.

I have a lifetime Idaho license but have yet to use it.
I was planning on a deer hunt last year but COVID hit
and I stayed in Alaska and hunted Sitka blacktails instead.

Elk, Antelope, Mule Deer, 3 species of Bighorn..applied for all in state, both sexes. Will be surprised to get any tag, just hoping someone in my crew does so we can go get something.
