Lonesome Dove, The Cowboys, Broken Trail are all good. For something different, look up Last of the Dogmen with Tom Berenger; really cool Montana movie

God Bless Texas!!!
I like John Wayne’s westerns. However I recently found out he was a real p***k to the other actors.

Quigley was an excellent movie.

Don’t care for the Spaghetti westerns.

Tombstone was very well done.

IMO

My favorite John Wayne western was The Cowboys.

I'm always down to watch Silverado again.

3:10 to Yuma

Although it was a more modern movie about a lawman vs. bank robbers, I think Hell or High Water was a fantastic western...a cowboy movie in a different era.

I STILL haven't seen Berenger in that movie (which I heard was kinda good).

2 that are probably not considered true westerns.
The Revenant ( Leonardo DiCaprio) was a good one. Very dark, foreboding movie but good. The bear attack scene at the beginning was something!

Legends of the Fall also good.

And of course John Wayne and Clint movies obviously. Mcklintock I don't think was listed. Always enjoy watching that one.
