Hi, all - I want to share a resource that I have been listening to lately. Dr. Matthew Gray at Univ. of Tennessee - Knoxville recorded his lectures for a Wetlands Ecology/Management class and it is available to listen to as a podcast. Here is the link: https://itunes.apple.com/us/podcast/advanced-wetland-ecology/id452253018?mt=2

Additionally, the course syllabus contains a true gold mine of wetland and moist soil management handbooks and primary sources: http://fwf.ag.utk.edu/mgray/wfs560/560home.htm

I hope to be a part-time duck farmer someday in the future and the insights provided have been invaluable, and I have learned a lot about waterfowl behavior and characteristics of wetlands that will benefit me in the immediate future.
