Nah. I just recognize a bad faith argument when I see one.

You're either not paying attention or just going to argue in bad faith. This took 2 mins and isn't even the tip of the iceberg.
Idaho R's are making it harder to get an initiative on the ballot. They wouldn't admit it, but it's mostly with an eye toward Medical pot.
I have money riding on my belief that Idaho will be the last state to decrim/legalize. I think it's still a pretty good bet.

I'm not arguing the validity of what other people want to do with their bodies or children.
How about a child that survives an abortion? Is it a "Big Government" intrusion to protect the life of that child?
How about a soldier that has served his or her country honorably? Should they be discharged for choosing not to take a new vaccine?

Wild.

How many of these hypotheticals are you going to throw at me?

Bad faith.

But let's answer it:

Yes, a child that survives and abortion has the same rights as anyone/everyone else. Good job.

Yes, a soldier who does not follow orders should be discharged. That is what they agreed to when they signed up and is nothing new. Soldiers are not civilians, you get that right? "Charge that machine gun nest"..."No, that doesn't sound safe to me".

But again, asking for my personal views is besides the point and those are facts, not what I think.

Communist thinking:
Child must survive attempted murder in order to get the same right as everyone else to wait in line for toilet paper while starving.

It’s the pinnacle of stupidity to write things like what ruin did imo.

Almost every senate democrat disagrees.
Yes, a soldier who does not follow orders should be discharged.
They signed up to "support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic." Not to be guinea pigs.
Now that the mandate has been rescinded, should the discharged soldiers be reinstated? One party says not, despite the shortage of personal.
Bad faith?

How are you on the first and second amendments? States rights? Your democrats are almost universally in favor of restricting all of those and more.

You're so incredibly off topic it's actually impressive.

Why are you bringing up democrats?

Yes bad faith. Maybe you just don't understand having the ability to disagree with something but still recognize the right to do so.

Do you even remember where this conversation started. You're sitting here trying to justify the government abusing peoples freedoms one second and trying to gotcha me the next. That's the definition of bad faith.

My personal opinions have no bearing on the ideology.

Independent registered as a republican. Both parties are corrupt, controlled by greed, and owned by big pharma as well as a number of other industries. Basically, it's choosing between the lessor of two evils.

Tell you what. When republicans start practicing what they preach and keep their hands out of people's lives I'll register R again.
I am in California and Democrats pretty much do just that and at every opportunity.

As to the Original? I am Not a Republican, I registered as a libertarian when Arnold was Governor. The gun legislation he passed and a number of other things was enough for me. I am more inclined to let people live the lives they wish, provided it does not infringe upon others ability to do the same, within the framework of our constitution. The continual violations on our second amendment rights by our state legislature has convinced me to never, ever, vote for a democrat. I don’t think Democrats can be salvaged. Unfortunately a number of republicans are not far behind. I often wonder what it would take to break the “party” lock on our country.
