I have chuck steaks in the sous vide. Going 24 hours at 175 degrees then sear and pull. Mix with barbacoa seasoning for tacos.

Too cold up here to inspire me to smoke much meat (or rather too cold tommind the coals…) but enchiladas with salsa verde and maragaritas on a night in the 30s and steady drizzle ain’t bad.
