Short ribs are my fav. Smoked some up Saturday for a pre 4th while my daughter was visiting.

Just starting to get the summer vegetables from the garden .....

Grilled mallard breast with summer veg and a Curaçao (ie orange) cream sauce.

And organic lamb chops straight off the hill with a mint glaze, accompanied by a baked marrow half stuffed with red onion, carrot, celery, toms, sweet peppers, and garlic bulbs plus chopped chorizo for a bit of kick.

After the all-out feast last night, the missus wanted to go light and healthy tonight. Spag squash salad with red & yellow peppers, red onion, garlic, basil, sundried tomatoes, and an Italian dressing she made from scratch. Topped with some grilled chicken and Parmesan. Not bad. A tall G&T helped make sure it wasn’t too healthy. ;)

Caught spareribs on sale this morning and threw them in. Didn’t even think about a pic. Too much good stuff posted lately.

Its too hot to be cooking. So cold leftovers ( intentionally )
breakfast egg scramble. Cottage cheese and spices, cold German potato salad
