It's inside of me already. Cheddar, Parmesan, mayo, Vidalia onion, bacon, fresh basil, crawfish tails and of course home grown tomatos. Season with S&P, or a little Old Bay, whatever you like. I've also made em with lobster and skrimps.

I've made them with a top crust as well, if I'm feeling sporty. For those I like to put a couple whole crawfish fighting on top, makes a neat presentation.
