Today I’ve grilled muddy wings, crab stuffed jalapeños and made a sausage and cheese plate with some pork and crawfish sausage.
I think I've eaten one speck in my life, brought home from Canada. It was good. I wish we had them and would love to go shoot them somewhere, they are a cool bird.Specks > Snows > Canadas
Ummm, I seemed to of misplaced your address And phone number.Been eating duck, goose, crane or grouse every day for the last 3 weeks. Last night it was teal, wigeon, and snow goose. The juvie snow won the tasting contest. Wasn’t a whole lot of meat on the skinny bird, surprised at the taste.
