Won’t eat in a house where I can smell greens cooking either.

Ever smelled cooking chitlins? After enduring that one afternoon, I'm sure I could skin a ripe skunk.

Yep, cabbage and greens are worse.

You have a mental thing going on, nothing is worse than chitlins! I however understand that. I went years without eating fried chicken, because we ate it so much growing up. Went through something similar with country ham, because I got sick with a stomach bug later that night. Just ate pork rinds for the first time in over 20yrs for the same reason. Think I'll try them again in another 20yrs.......yuck!

I could do fried chitlins and actually like them. Then I went to a buddies house and his mamaw was boiling chitlins
Life has never been right since
