You have a mental thing going on, nothing is worse than chitlins! I however understand that. I went years without eating fried chicken, because we ate it so much growing up. Went through something similar with country ham, because I got sick with a stomach bug later that night. Just ate pork rinds for the first time in over 20yrs for the same reason. Think I'll try them again in another 20yrs.......yuck!Yep, cabbage and greens are worse.
