A brewery opened up in Burgaw yesterday so I walked up there about 6pm to give them some coin with the intention of coming home around 8pm to tear the pork up and add sauce . 2-3 hour wait for a table so we went to the usual tavern. I staggered out around midnight and didn’t finish the prep until this morning. St Patty’s day was good.

Didn’t take pics but cooked up some reds and trout from our trip to NOLA for the kids spring break. Sautéed spinach and cheese grits, both with bacon, as sides.

Just left a crawfish boil where we had 450 pounds of crawfish and 100 pounds of shrimp.
