That Sprig in the air fryer looks great, what temp did you cook it on and what seasonings did you use.
About 9min at 370*.
I keep duck defrosted in the fridge daily and go from wet to dry seasoning weekly.

Dry- Aw Poo

These two are game changers. Aww poo is a light spice and quickly became my fave dry. Kona Island is excellent as a wet.

I think I'm gonna have take-out Chinese. I LOVE the noodles from the restuarant down the street!
Go check out the dry "Chinese" noodles at your local store. They come in a red plastic wrap and are EXACTLY what you get with Chinese takeout.
I make a stirfry duck that you would swear come from a good restaurant.

The best damn duck I've ever made, and I cannot recreate it for the life of me. This is widgeon, cooked whole. Probably the best duck dish I've made, it was gone in short order.
Made it last year but forgot the damn recipe, the Sapporo made me do it.
