The steak thread earlier got me in the mood and it took this big SOB took two days to thaw out in my fridge.

I love those things sam
My favorite steak but only ever had 2-3
We always reverse sear them
225 on smoke until 115 degrees internal
Then I put them on the grill at 450 on each side for 5 mins
