Done shrimp burgers yesterday with fresh shrimp from the OBX.
Ribs, homemade apple sauce wife made yesterday and some sweet corn just picked.
Indirect heat, Pecan smoked pork ribs today. Using oak charcoal too. I love this mix. Decided I would make some chipotle too. I will dehydrate the peppers when they are done smoking. Then I grind them into powder in a coffee bean grinder.
I'll be doing some of those peppers dude! Eating em plain
