    agreed, I have seen plenty of birds around, but they are spread out with no ice, and not requiring as many calories due to the warmer temps.

    Jonathan at least they did a little rallying for us.....even if they had to brave a non-Sunday to do so.

    I don't see how goose reports help internet scouts at all. Its 99% private property.

    Not sure about donkeys or mules but seems like jackasses have been thick around here lately!

    Had a very good Christmas/New Years in Virginia with the geese. Ducks not so much but hunted 11 days including a Sunday by myself when everyone else went deer hunting. Never saw a horse either! Only one skunk in the blind. Surely didn't limit every day but did pretty well.

    A couple more. Even killed a $100 reward banded goose. Bird was 10 years old and banded in Quebec.
