Just bought 5 dozen between the feeder and upright heads. You have to assemble the heads on which is a pain when 2 boxes were missing screws? Contacted white rock and got 2 responses and then nothing. Highly disappointed I had to go buy my own screws.

Upright heads I can understand. I can not understand why anyone would buy the feeder heads though, completely unnecessary IMO.

The feeder headed socks are a huge PITA, storing, carrying, picking up

More disappointed in when you buy something and you have to assemble and they dont give you what you need to assemble them with. Not a good look in my opinion.

For what it is worth, I have had a few packs missing parts or bags. They always responded immediately and I received the missing pieces with in days. I have about 700 headed white rocks for my spread. I would call them back or shoot them an email They have always been fast to respond.

I had a flyer issue last year and they were quick to respond.

I have personally purchased over 90 doz WRs and the only issues that I have ever had was being shorted one back support and one or two push nuts. Both times I contacted customer service and they sent me the parts no questions asked. Two or three day shipping. Make sure you reach out to them and give them the time of day. Guarantee you they make it right. Stand up crew for sure.
