Same tards are gonna wound birds and cattail birds over there limit during the regular season anyway. Don’t punish everybody who’s got a lick of a sense.
I'm hunting the MN teal season as a non resident. I've hunted nebraskas and it was a blast. If my buddy's slough up there has 1/5 of the teal on it come opener that it has right now we'll have a banger. I wish SD had a teal season, but I enjoy the +2 BWT bonus during the first two weeks of the season; as we're primarily targeting BWT over water anyways during that timeframe.
Each passing front will push flocks south starting about now. I think the bachelor groups are the first to go. The hen with broods are the ones stuck in the north for opener.
Years ago (many) I shot limits of BWT in early / mid-September along the Gulf Coast. Remember big flocks.
They're already on the move!
This is all just your opinion...and a very poor one at that.
As a guy that rarely kills a duck during the regular season, you should be looking forward to more chances to bag one...clearly though, you cannot correctly ID birds on the wing.
That's cool though. Sit at home, hunt Canadas, whatever.
It's always the guys that can't kill **** that are opposed to others killing ducks. Pretty lame.
Big words from a keyboard warrior….
Your drivel might get under other people’s skin. To me it just exposes you for the clown you are.
Keyboard champion. At least i'll be killing ducks in 15 days...while you sit at home dreaming about paddling your kayak into a duckless Aitkin county bog hoping that half crippled hen ringneck you saw last time flies by in range this time.
You're a "duck hunter"!
