I have been a subscriber of Wildfowl Magazine for some 20 years and of Shooting Times for a decade. Previously everything went smoothly, but the last couple of years my subsriptions have ended despite having automatic renewal service. That means that I miss issues every time, because I can't renew when I have auto renewal and when it expires (though it shouldn't) it takes a couple months for the new subscription to start. Sorry for the long start here, but here it comes - I have of course contacted Subscriber's Service several times, but I don't get an answer to my questions regarding missing out of issues and that the auto ting doesn't work and lately also why my credit card could be used for WILDFOWL but not for Shooting Times. Every time I just receive an answer with just common knowledge and it seems as though the people hired to help people don't read or don't understand what they read. Has anybody else experienced the same issues or am I the only one? Wildfowl and Shooting Times are both under Outdoor Sportsman Group.
