their busy and this site needs more conversation. And I haven't posted in a long time.

Been a very long time since I have been to Rice lake and the walk-in area.
If I'm reading the DNR site correctly they rotate the areas.
There is the Rice lake/Ridge walk-in and then the Copperas Creek/Vorhees walk in area.
When looking at google maps to get my bearings, the Copperas Creek areas looks like they have actual built blinds to hunt from on the far east side, yet I find no map for them. Or are those goose pits? The other area is all walk in no blinds(15) As is the Ridgland area(15).

    1) Is there another Map for the Copperas area blinds?
    2) On the Rice lake/Ridge walk-in map, What blinds are they talking about for Rice? Or is that just the name for the 15 blinds there?

    TY

They rotate between Ricelake/Ridgefield, Copperas Creek, and Big Lake. There are no blinds for any of the walk ins just stakes. I have not seen a map for those locations in awhile.

Big Lake walk in is basically all of zone B on the Rice Lake map. Unless you hunt the first stake, I think blue, you have to boat the river, tie off and walk in.
