    Really none.
I do keep the folding knife my FIL gave me for gutting game.
Still have the knife from when I was a kid,.. more for a keepsake, gutted deer , skinned muskrats, upland and squirrels. The blade was worn thin by the time I was 17.
    Then a knife I got as a groomsman .
I never got into the having a lot of knives thing. My daughter worked at Sportsmans warehouse,.. the most common thing shoplifted

For Fileting Fish and Duck Breasts it's a Rapala Filet knife.
For Skinning Deer and such it's a Randal-made knife.

Favorite deer knife rifle season in salt marshes. Buck Titanium. The reason Buck stopped making these is the titanium plant they bought the handles from burned down.

That's all I use, get more than I will ever need. Recently dumped these off in recycle dumpster. Incredibly sharp IMG_20200725_073036282.jpg

I really like the lines of that fixed blade knife (center pix). That is pleasing to the eye.
