beef in a very hot pan and use a lid. Game, not so hot and use a lid for thick pieces. Mallet duck breast and flop into instant mashed potato buds done rare, of course.

I think if I was out there I wouldn't be able to hunt for a couple of days..
The meds I took last night
Gil thought maybe I shouldn't have a gun either.
I've watched two big spins go into the decoys.
, It's almost as painful sitting here watching what I'm missing.,
I think I'm starting to regret not purchasing a 12 volt heat pad to using the layout blind.

Sorry to hear it, truly.....I hope the meds kick in for you. Can you get some weed up there? I swear that chit walked me right through the hip surgery with zero meds.

Do you have back problems? Reason I ask is setting all them decoys probably got your hamstrings all bound up get up and stretch touch your toes take some ibuprofen and go kill some stuff. Also get rid of the heat and put ice on itI'm sitting at camp,, made myself a good lunch

I think the best thing that I have done to up that game is pulling the meat out of the fridge well before it is time to sear it. It needs time to sit on the counter and get the chill off of it.
