An air fryer at 390* does wonders on all game.
Crisp outside, rare inside, the way God intended.
Man…she has been wanting one but I’m resistant. I don’t want a cheapie burning down the kitchen and haven’t been willing to push the button on a fine one, an experiment that might just take up space on the counter.
I am being convinced by testimony like yours, though.

To be honest Ed.
Between the air fryer, insta pot and now a Traeger I may just get rid of the oven!

I don't think I do anything really out of the ordinary, but I now keep a stash of clarified butter in my fridge. That's been a game changer for me. Way higher smoke point so I can really torch that cast iron.

Do you have back problems? Reason I ask is setting all them decoys probably got your hamstrings all bound up get up and stretch touch your toes take some ibuprofen and go kill some stuff. Also get rid of the heat and put ice on it
It was setting the decoys. In combination of being in a layout blind.

I sold 90% of my Canada goose spread because of my back.
I got the generator running and I'm laying on a heating pad
I have I have a regiment of stretching that I have to do numerous times a day.
I have some better stuff then ibuprofen. Which I really don't like to take

Gll said he didn't want me in a blind with a gun :p

GE Stove has an Airfryer built into the lower oven. I have been amazed at the ability to air fry meat and poultry.... very little mess.

broke both femors as a kid, ran over, long story short, body cast screwed my back up. I gotta really work hard to maintain some weight(im lanky and skinny by gods choice) as to not get lower back pain. Inversion table changed my life. Looks like youre in idaho so probably not a good chance of finding the balm i use but, this stuff works better than any opiate, doesnt make you foggy headed, is all natural. Does not get you loaded either. As in you wont suddenly have a craving for a chocolate banana peanut butter milkshake.

I fought it for a long time, but air fryers are game changers, everything from bacon to tator tots and everything in between.

I'm all about the reverse sear now. Too easy, too perfect.

Slow cook the steak to desired temp in oven...130. Sear outside on super hot cast iron, 15 secs a side. Perfect meat ez pz.
