My hunting buddies took out two veterans today. They are now members of the Beautiful Sunrise Club.

I was out with another vet yesterday. The actual wind didn't match the forecast. And for Gibbie, or whoever said it, I did not have to show my Da Nang 1968 tattoo to any warden.

13 is not to shabby considering they joined the BSC. Here's the two lucky veterans mean mugging for the glory photo. Thank you for your service!

I lucked out too.......got some brant yesterday, and avoided Mr Green Jean's also.
I checked out a couple of popular spots on the way home and was surprised at the number of hunters taking advantage of the bonus hunting day the feds gave us.

It was a fun hunt. I took out 7 youths and a veteran. We had a bit to much water as everything was flooding around us, but we made the most of it. Ended up with a pile of ducks, geese and 5 snows.
