    Good luck to spo taking the next generation tomorrow. This will by my first year taking my own kid and bro in law bringing my niece. Kind of feels like a opening day not much sleep will be had and super excited for the time to come

    Didn't go as planned water is way up and again always nice when you have to share your private ground with public a holes

    Jeez, ya wouldn't think the aholes would be out for youth hunt. You'd think someone wanting to teach their kid would be better.

    Water was high here No cars in the lot at 8:45.

    Mallard show over the silos in the field this morning was pretty impressive. No shots heard. Lots of birds dumping into sheet water and flooded corn

    My youth is only 3 so it didn’t make a difference but feel bad for any youngsters here that got flooded out of their spot.

    That would be the silver lining there wasn’t any pressure.

    Based off my early teal observations I’m not super excited about our local bird numbers. Too much water and cattails. Or enough food.
